准备替老婆提交I485。早先在广州和睦家医院拿到一卷用大信封封装的东西，以为是体检报告。昨天才发现，这只是一份胸透的底片。老婆说体检报告签证时（当时是K1签证）给了签证官了。签证通过后退回一大堆以前提交的材料，但是没有发现体检报告。难道是广州领事馆留下了或者遗失了？老婆的I-94在9月6日过期，有点心急。恳请老师们和有经验的朋友们帮吗给个建议，我怎么做比较好？
1、有可能让广州和睦家医院重新出一份体检报告寄过来吗？
-Not need.

2、填I-693表，重新在美国体检？
-Yes. I-485 filing only accept the phyicsal exam done in US. But she may use some item result from the one she did in China. Show the 体检报告 to the Dr. and the Dr. may take some items result for use in the I-693.

3、先交I-485，以后补交体检报告？
-Fine if you do not have enough time. Bu you had better provide all the documents at the same time to speed your case process.
