I485收到RFE要求“continuous work authorization“证明,律师当年没递AC21,会有问题吗？
-Just provide all the H1 approval notices and the H1 I-94 cards, and EAD including OPT (if any), and that will be fine.

2007: I485
2008: Change job and filed new H1B wtih new company

I485收到RFE要求“continuous work authorization“证明,律师当年我换工作时没递AC21,现在要回RFE，才缴AC21。这样会有问题吗？
-No problem at all.
