Ask Teacher 863211 for help on DS-230 filing!!!

Hi Teacher 863211,

I was appointed as my dad's agent by DS-3032. Recently, when I drafted a letter with a checklist for all documents( including his DS-230 Forms and supporting documents) to NVC with my signature at the end of the letter,
I realized that whether this would be appropriate for me to write such a letter to NVC
or should I just write a checklist to itemize all the documents enclosed without my signature at the end?

Your advice and suggestion would be highly appreciated!
