回复：485pending期间派驻海外工作

现处在485pending期间，如有机会被公司派驻海外工作半年至一年，一定需要改成CP吗？
-I do not think you need to do that, especially your PD has long way to go to be current. But pay attention to any correspondence (e.g. RFE, fingperinting, etc.) from USCIS during you are outside US.

因为是中国的EB3，排期还早，估计一年之内排期也到不了，而且打算海外一年干满还回美国原公司等着。可行吗？对485处理会有什么影响吗？
