it seems all cases which were

denied by INS are those concurrent cases..........few cases which applied for I140 and I485 separatedly were denied. Of cause some concurrent cases succeded. Statistically speaking, cases which applied for I-140 and I-485 separately have more success opportunities compared with those concurrent cases........Am I right?
