If "我老公admitted动手推了我一下" is only recorded in the police report, you should be fine. The police report cannot be used as evidence of conviction.
If he never admits it in court and never pleaded guilty in court, later the case is dismisssed, then you do not need to worry about it for the interview.
BTW, even though there is some general speculation about the what crime is moral turpitude, the final decision is only made by some professionals after comparing the exact elements in the statues to be accepted by USCIS. There is no easy way to say if "simple assault" is CIMT or not, but DV usually is CIMT.
