Ask Teacher 863211 one more DS-230 question!!!

Hi Teacher 863211,

When my dad file his DS-230 with its supporting documents, he needs to submit a copy of my parents' marriage certificate and a copy of my birth certificate. It was mentioned in the instruction part that he also needs to submit my marriage certificate, is that right?
