It means that your wife needs to provide the concrete evidence to prove her prior mairrage was real, not just for getting green card. It is similar to her removal conditions to get the permanent green card, but more strictly due to her divorce.

It is hard to convince USCIS about that if your wife's green card is less than 5 years.
