请教：我给妈妈办绿卡

本来下星期3，叫去Biometric interview,今天又接到一封信：

“This is to notify you that we have to transferred the above application or petition to USCIS office at :
USCIS-NBC, PO Box 648005, Lee's Summit, MO64064

We transferred this case because the record indicates that office has jurisdiction over the the case....
"
My question:
1: Do we have to go to the interview next week?
2: What's this letter mean? Something wrong?
