各位大师，
我以前持B2签证来往美国和大陆多次，有延期过，但基本都没什么问题。最后一次逾期逗留，当时听说可以申请政治庇护，以保住在美的合法身份，就委托一律师办理，面试没过，好像转到移民法庭，目前还在Pending中。
现在由于女儿身份调整，可以帮我申请办理绿卡，不知该如何办理？怎么才能取消政治庇护的申请？
