I got offer today. My last paycheck is 6/30/2010, if withdraw h4, transfer h1 early next month(or if quick, can do h1 this month), is it ok? (one month gap)

How I could know whether previous company revoke my h1 or not?

if h1 approved with I94, I am safe, correct?
-Correct.

if h1 approved without I94, I need go outside US to get visa.
-Correct.

(can I go Mexico?)
