OPT if it is not expired. And you could apply EAD after OPT since your hu*****and will sponsor your 485. The only problem is once your Hu*****and 140 fails, your will have to leave US. My suggestion is after OPT, try to apply H-1B. It is alway safe to keep a non-immigrant status.
