I have two 485 ted at 2007 based on the same approved NIW I140: one is at NSC (let call it LIN485) which I did two times of fingerprint and used the EAD and AP. I would like to keep this 485 till I got green card ( that is my will)
-I really do not understand why you filed two I-485s based on the same I-140. It absolutely will confuse the USCIS officer and delay your case processing.

Another is at TSC (SRC 485). I have never used the benefit of SRC 485 e.g., EAD and AP.

1: I got fingerprint notice of SRC 485 last year, I just ignored the notice since I don’t want to use this 485.

Can you tell me whether I am correct to ignore the fingerprint of SRC 485
-Just go for the fingerprinting, otherwise USCIS will deny your I-485 and may confuse you another I-485 also.

2: Now again I got fingerprint notice from SRC 485, what should I do now. Is it ok that I still ignore it.

3: Two 485 made my A# confused. I don’t have problems with A# on EAD and AP, since they direct use my LIN485 A# which I sent during EAD and AP application. But for the fingerprint notice including SRC and LIN485, some time the A# is from one of 485, sometime A# is from I140.
-A# is only in the I-485 receipt. The A# in the I-140 is not eal A# if it is different from the one in the I-485.

Will this harm my LIN485 processing, what should I do?
-You may withdraw one I-485. Talk to your lawyer for more suggestion. This is my first time to hear that there were two I-485s based on the same/one I-140.
