three weeks I sumbit the 539, h4 still pending. If I find job now,
and I want to start job as soon as possible, What should I do?
1. revoke or cancel pending h4, then transfer H1?
-No. If you withdraw the H4, you are out of status and the H1 will not be approved or approved without I-94.

What's the specific procedure to do it?


2. What's my status from the date I lost job to the date new job start?(if I cancel the pending h4),

in this case, Can I start the new job once I got h1 transfer notice
