请问485的相关问题？Application Type。 A or B？

我的485已经批准。
我老婆的J1 WAIVER 刚下来，想给她递。

请问 在 Application Type中，我该选A还是B？

a. An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number that has been approved.

b. My spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children.

A 还是 B， 请指教。
