我现在H1第6年，今年9月30日到期。同时EB3（PD2/12/2004）07年FILE的140批准，485Pending中。太太持H4在美，但没来的及File485。她在中国签证的时候签证官可能搞错了，给的有效期一直到2012年的七月份。进海关的时候I94上也给填上了相同的有效期。
现在看来9月30日以前我的EB3排期不太可能会Current了。那我的太太该如何保持身份一直到排期Available？（不太想renewH1了）
-Because your I-140 was approved, you can extend your status beyond the H1 6 year limit for another three years and do it again and again until your PD is current. You can ask your employer to extend your H1 status for another 3 years now, then your wife also can extend her H4 status with you together. Your wife's H4 status duration is the same as your H1. She can not take the advantage of the I-94 mistake made by the CBP.
