儿子８月１９日大学开学， I５３９ 转换身份已递２个半月。至今无任何音信。不知时间还来得及？ 真是着急啊！

请问８６３２１１和PIJIANG，怎样询问USCIS CASE的处理情况，或者让USCIS 加快处理。
