皮先生,

假如就用我当前的I-94(今年十月十日截止),那么,当今年十月十日之前,我的H1 RENEW成功(I hope so),那么,我的家人是否必须先离开美国再用新的I-94入境呢. 我很迷惑不解.还有其它的选择吗?

我希望在合法的前提下,让她们尽量多待几天.
