我的情况是这样的，公司帮我办的Eb2, 优先日期是2006年12月份。在07年那次移民局大放水的时候帮我递交了485，我先生做为dependent也交了。但因为排期一直没有 current,

也没有受理。

我先生的公司也帮他申请了Eb2,他的优先日期是2006年2月28日，现在正好赶上最新移民局的排期。他的律师在07年耽误了，没有能够交 485。 现在我们让他律师重新交一分485， 但是他的律师不同意，说准备做interfile,把我递交的485relink到他的那里去。
- If, both I-485s of your hu*****and and you, are pending, it is doable and I would choose so, instead of filing new I-485.

因为曾经很多次被这个公司的律师耽误，我们不知道这样interfile是不是会很耽误时间，是不是应该重新交分新的呢。
