妈妈下星期要面试了，刚刚发现面试通知上有两项不知是什么东西，请大家帮忙分析一下。

1. “Vaccination supplement”这个是不是包括在绿卡的体检中呢？
-Correct.
是否还需要从国内开证明吗？
-Not need.

2. “All documentation establishing your eligibility for lawful permanent resident status”这是什么意思？是想要妈妈的什么材料呢？
-Take all the original copies of the documents for the green card applicaitons such as birth certificates, I-94, visa, passport, etc.
