我的绿卡在今年12月就到期了,我打算9月开始申请.
问题
1.如果在我的绿卡过期前,我还没有收到永久绿卡,我是不是就不可以工作了?
-As long as you file the I-751 before your conditional GC expires, you can bring the I-751 receipt to the USCIS local office to get the green card stamp (I-551 stamp) on your passport, then you can use this stamp to work and travel internationally.

2.我会不会收到想第一次申请时的工卡?
-No more 工卡.

3.我还在上学,在我的绿卡失效前,我需要通知一些我们学校吗(虽然已经是学期末了)?
-Your GC is not 失效 as long as your file I-751 before the GC expires. Your permanent resident status automatically extend for another year in this case. So, just get the GC stamp on your passport and everything will remain the same.
