正准备file Eb-1b I-140 Premium Processing, 收到了EB2 I-140的approval. 之前EB2 之前file了一年的H1-b extension， 到明年一月到期。这一approval，我就可以再延期3年H1-b，那我是不是就不可以file Premium Processing 了？
-If your EB1 I-140 is approved, you only can extend the H1 for one year because your PD is current.

H1-b的3年extension 能在8月就申请吗？明年一月到期。
-Yes, you can extend it in advance up to 6 months before your current H1 expires.

没有Premium Processing， Eb-1b得多长时间啊？
-Don't know, may take several months.
Eb2I-140等了4个月呢。
