我现在住加拿大，在美国教书。EB2 i-140 批准后，想马上搬到美国，免得孩子上了一 两年学又搬家。现在的H1-b一月就到期，先搬了，然后等申请H1延期时，一起申请H4行吗？
-After your family get the H4 status (I-94) when they enter US, they can extend their H4 together with your H1.

原来petition都是填的 Consular Processing，如果搬到美国，是不是必须改成I-485？
-Because teh EB2 priority date is not current, you may not care about it at this time. Especially, if you file EB1 i-140, you and your family just file I-485s with this I-140 together or file the I-485s after the Eb1 I-140 is approved and forget about the EB2 I-140.

JIf you use the EB2 approved I-140 in the future, you just send a letter to the USCIS Center while your EB2 I-140 was approved and send another letter to the National Vica Center to inform them that you will file I-485 within US, not consular processing any more, and then ask them to stop the consular processing for your case. Then, you just file your I-485 with your family I-485s together when the PD is current. That is all.

否则要回到country of birth （中国）去了。

另外，正在准备的EB-1b里，immigration Status history 到底包括啥呀？
