回复：请问各位朋友：什么时候必须开始申请绿卡

公司现在冻结绿卡申请，正在找新的工作。H1B到2012年八月份到期（满六年）。请问各位朋友：最迟最迟什么时候必须开始申请绿卡（EB2)--打广告等等？
-File the PERM At least one year before your H1 reaches the 6 year limit. If you can not do that in time, use premium processing to file I-140 after the PERM is approved.

主要是想如果到时候还找不到办绿卡的工作，就干脆留在现在的公司，办加拿大移民算了。

请告诉我什么时候就该放弃了--因为太迟了，来不及了。
