4 满6年后的NIW140已批，排期原因递不了485。回国前需要办什么手续给移民局？
-Nothing needed to do. Do you mean your NIW I-140 was approved? If yes, you can extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit for another 3 years and do it again and again until your riority date is current. Your spouse and your kid also can extend their H4 with your H1 and thus, your kid can continue his/her study.

What did you mean "今天收到上诉的NIW140背拒"? I am confused.
