140 e-file 到TSC已批, 住在WA, 485应该file到哪里?
-You should file your I-485 to the USCIS Phoenix Lockbox based on where you live. See the I-485 Instructions on Page 7 (Also read "E." on this page for filing information) .


律师file到TSC是不是弄错了？如果错了application会被退回来吗？
-Your lawyer did the right thing. Normally e-filed I-140 is processed in TSC.
