The following page shows the federal level LOC processing time (updated Oct 15 2003)

We are in SF center, receive date Oct 2002 and got it approved Aug 2003 (Federal). The New York center now are processing 9/2003 RIR cases. If your receive date(federal) is before that, you are supposed to get some result. If after that, just wait patiently. Should be coming soon. Good luck.
