回复：外甥B2签证，签证官要我的F1签证复印件和绿卡律师的解释

外甥转述的：
“他提出这样几个问题：
1、签证官看到那个AOS的（一张表，申请绿卡的那张），问“舅舅请的律师是加州小城市的” （？他原话），“而舅舅人住在明尼苏达州”，他希望舅舅通过传真（或者其他联系方式） 向签证官“说明一下”（解释一下，具体内容不知道？！）。
-Explain to the visa officer that the lawyer has the license to deal with the immigration case in any states in US including your state. That is why you can hire this lawyer to reprensent you for your case.

2、签证官还是要求舅舅能有美国的有效签证，不管是学生时候的还是现在的，具体要什么他 也说不清楚，他说他也不知道舅舅是如何签证的，反正就是要有效签证。”

我准备把我的F1签证，I-20的复印件发到使馆，同时附上一份我在美国签证移民历史清单以及我们雇佣的律师的情况说明。

在这个说明里我应该强调那些信息？
