急问大家关于签证一个非常棘手的问题,万望给予解困.谢谢!

老婆是H4签证,家里出了急事,必须7月底前回去.问题是此签证将于7月底过期.我的H1B延期刚递出去.估计很难在7月底拿到新的H1B. 如果老婆就这样按原计划回去了(我不回去),旧的签证是否影响她在中国的美国大使馆的签证?获得签证会有多大把握?
