请问父母广州拿到移民签证入境美国后多久能收到绿卡和社安卡？
-Wait for another month and then contact USCIS if they still have not got it. Your parents can apply for their SSN/ID using the green card stamp on their passports which was enddorsed by the CBP officer when they entered US using the immigration visa.

已经入境美国一个多月还什么都没收到，不知道应该和谁联系？
-Call USCIS National Customer Service Center (NCSC): 1-800-375-5283. Provide their A# (green card#) when calling.

入境的时候把包裹都交给了海关，打了指模，签了字。谢谢。
