回复：关于绿卡申请超龄未婚子女的问题

大家好，
我们有用绿卡申请未婚超过了21岁的子女。CASE TYPE 是 I 130 。 在2009年有收到一封信说PETITION HAS BEEN APPROVED，
-That means your I-130 was approved.

叫我们等到下一步的通知。但是现在都一年了，还没有收任何消息。我有在移民网站上查 MY CASE STATUS， 上面说是POST-DECISION ACTIVITY。 不知道这步下去要多久呢？
-The priority date for FB2 (your case category) in this month is May 1, 2003. So, you may still wait for 2 to 3 years for your priroity date (PD) becomes current. Normally the National Visa Center (NVC) will contact when your PD becomes current.

有谁知道相关信息的，麻烦指点下。谢谢！
还有就是，我们用绿卡申请了5年了，这样子大概还要等多久呢？
-2 to 3 years, normally.
还是一定要入籍后才会比较快呢？
-Yes. When you become US citizen, you can upgrade your I-130 to FB1 which PD in this month is April 1, 2005.
