如果三个问题中的EoS/CoS都限于通过递交I539改变/延期身份，那为什么有可能本I539申请还会和其他家庭成员的I129一起递交呢(皮匠老师的举例)？感觉如果这样的话，这个问题应该答No，而不是YES。-If your employer files I-129 for you and your spouse want to file H4 application with your H1 together, he/she can file the I-539 with the I-129.
