回复：加拿大公民h1签证问题

我目前在美国以h1身份工作，在境内申请拿到797A, 就是有i-94的那种h1b approval notice.

最近计划回中国一趟，想请教一些问题

1）在回国时，是否需要上交i-94白卡？
-Not need. The I-94 card for a Canadian citizen is multiple years, not one time I-94 of other country citizens.

2）是否需要到多伦多申请回美国的h1b签证？
-Not need. Just show your passport, the H1 I-94 and the H1 approval notice to the CBP officer when you come back. You may bring the recent 3 month paycheck stubs with you in case.

3）申请h1b签证的时候是否会有背景调查
