绿卡体检，PPD阳性，X-Ray没有问题，医生要求吃9个月的药

请问大家如果不去卫生局领抗结核药的话会有什么后果，是不是申请绿卡会被拒绝。
抗结核的药一般领一次多少钱。
有知道情况的回复一下，本人在此不甚感激。
