抱歉我忘了说我的材料中已经有the copy of my spouse'H1 petition receipt，这种情况下，我是该打电话告诉USCIS还是再寄一封信to Respond to the RFE and provide the copy of my hu*****and's H1 petition receipt again.
-Yes and explain it in the letter clearly. Another choice is to wait for the H1 approval if you still have time to wait (you need to respond to the RFE before the deadline indicated in the RFE).
