现在的新表格，有两个问题不知如何填。

现在身份是AOS，已用EAD，以前是H1B。
-If your h1 I-94/approval notice does not expire yet, just say "H1", otherwise, say "Adjustment of Status" and then rpovide the I-485 receipt and the copy of EAD if they require the status proof.

请问居留/工作证种类应该是工作签证还是其他？
-H1 or EAD.

家庭成员中，美国出生的小孩在是否有外国国籍和永久居留权两项该填是还是否？
-say "是".
