I-485 file questions 86 and pijiang please help

Hi 86 and Pijiang and other daxia,

My school is preparing my I-140 filing, EB-2 .

1. After my I-140 get approved, can I submit I-485 with AP and EAD application right away even the prioirty date is 10/2005.

2. Do I need to send G-325A for my wife and daughter (14)also.
