您能解释一下为什么做H1 transfer可行么?
-You said your H1 I-94 expires on Oct. 2011, right? That means you have done the H1 extension beyond the 6 year limit.

So, if you transfer the H1, you have to ask the new employer to file PERM immediately and thus, you can do the H1 extension again before your current h1 expires after your PERM filing at least one year or the I-140 approval.
