I-824 question,863211

I submitted I-824 for daughter three years ago.She came to U.S last year and submitted I-485 already.She also got her green card early this year.Today,I got a call from a cis officer.She talked about Why do not fellow up the I-824 (approval).
I don't how can i do.Write letter withdraw i-824? or something else.
