请教八老师，皮老师和其他大师们，thanks with all my heart!

I filed two category I140 ( NIW and EB1-a) in July, 2008 and got approved for NIW but was denied for Eb1-a. I will be laid off by next May if I can't file I-485 by then. I am thinking of refiling a EB1-a but have some questions about Eb1a criteria. Please help me with the following questions?

1. I did several reviews for some Chinese medical magazines and I need to get verification letters from the magazines. Where can I find some samples for this kind of letters?

2. What kinds of membership count for Eb-1a?
