efile 539 form urgent help!

Since lost job, I need efile 539 form,I do not have A#, the system suggest warning, when I try to certify form, system throw fix errors, I can not pass through. I try to input NA, system said it is not valid.

what I should do to pass the certify form?

Please help! Thanks so much!
