863211老师，拖拉机手，还有个位大侠，又来向各位请教。看了皮匠老师关于AP的讲义，收益匪浅！但我这又是个意外情况。前阵子拿了个三个月的在Montreal 签的签证，现在已过期了。我现在持第三个三年的H1b的I-797A批准书往返美加。上周又开始递交申请AP了。请问您们，我现在在等待AP期间临时开车去加拿大再开车回美，AP申请失效吗？
-Because there is not record about your travel to Canada by using automatic visa revalidation rule, your AP application is OK. As long as USCIS approves your AP, you an use this AP for future travel.

Why there is no record of the travel to Canada? When people enter US from Canada, the port officials will re-issue the I-94. They also put information in the computer system. So there is some chance the USCIS will know the travel, is it right?
