请问：

1）用AP可以在国内待多久？
-Maxium is one year. You need to come back to US before the AP expires.

2）。 如果回国发展，持AP，如何保持485pending?
-Nothing need to do. Just come back before the AP expires.
本人不是主申请人。住申请人仍在美国境内。
