Is there any policy change recently for the H-1 transfer.
-Nothing change yet. For H1 transfer, you only need to provide your passport incuding visa page, your highest degree deploma and trans, your current H1 approval notice/I-94 and recent 3 month paycheck stubs. The other documents are provided from the employer/sponsor. The lawyer may have no much experience.
