Does he have a job now? If yes, just ask the employer to provide a letter to verify his current employment indicating his job title, salary, responsibilities and the job has no limit duration. He does not need the employer to sponsor his GC. Just file the MTR and enclose the employment verification with the cover letter. Then, he will win the case.
