1）老公三月份持B2来美，我的绿卡刚批，可不可直接在美转身份？
-He can directly file I-485 before the B2 expires.

B2的有效期九月份到期。

2）申请I-485的时侯想同时申请EAD，老公持EAD工作后，在485pending期间，能换工作吗？
-Yes. He can do any job and cnange job any time with EAD.

或者被laid off 怎么办？
-Not affect anything.
3）老公什么时候可以考本地驾照？
-Yes, but he needs to use EAD to apply for it.
