how can I know my approval I140 was revoked by my previous company or not? I do not want to call them to ask, because calling them maybe remind them to revoke my I140.Thanks a lot
-If you have the I-140 case#, you may just check the status online, but the online status is not reliable, soemtimes. Other than that, you have no way to find it out unless your employer informs you or you ask your employer.
