１、你老公现在何处？在美国，还是在国外？如果在美国，他现在是什么身份？

２、你须是公民，才好帮你老公办理绿卡。不管是他现在在哪里。

３、除你老公他自己外，他有没有依附他的人，如象儿女、父母等。
