回复：妈妈B２延期被拒， 请高手指点！

请高手指点:
昨天收到USCIS信件： 妈妈B２延期被拒.

妈妈２００９年１１月１５日入境， 入境给了６个月时间，
I－９４ 的到期日是２０１０年５月１４日。 ４月３０日递交了I-５３９表要求延期６个月， ６月１０日被拒绝。
可是我们已经给妈妈买好了８月７日的回国机票。USCIS信件上说要么尽快回国， 要么在一个月内交I２９０B 表和＄５８５。

我的问题：
１） 妈妈是否现在马上要离开美国？

现在机票又贵又难买,
如果不提交I－２９０B表, 等到８月７日再走的后果是什么？
- Her OOS invalidates her current visa, and may bring negative effects to her future visa application

２） 如果提交I－２９０B表， 是否就可以合法等到８月７日再走?
- if result is in her favor, her status resumes, otherwise days of OOS accumulated

３）我妈妈的签证到期是２０１０年１０月２６日， 本来计划８月７日回国， １０月１８日回来。 但这次I５３９延期被拒绝， 如果提交I－２９０B表后， 她还能用本次签证再次入境么？

家有小儿六个月， 妈妈在美国对我们家庭太重要。
