E-File I-765 is the only way now if you do not have 回复：请教Pjiang

I-485 receipt. I mailed I-765 for EAD renew twice around a month, and got rejected twice. Then I E-Filed at uscis.gov, it was accepted.

The new filing address is actually the data input services outsourced by USCIS. They are not USCIS staff and don't take to fingure print notice as a substitue of I-485 receipt. It is totally ridiculous.
